Hi! I'm Michala

I'm a degree-qualified naturopath (BHSc), mum of four and I've spent the last 8 years helping postpartum mums navigate recovery, energy, hormones and nutrition.

After having my first baby, I quickly realised there was a huge gap between knowing what would support recovery and actually having the time and energy to do it. Like many mums, I found myself exhausted, holding a baby most of the day and wondering how I was supposed to prepare nourishing meals for myself.

So I created a simple approach: easy, nourishing meals that support postpartum recovery without spending hours in the kitchen.
