After having my first baby, I quickly realised there was a huge gap between knowing what would support recovery and actually having the time and energy to do it. Like many mums, I found myself exhausted, holding a baby most of the day and wondering how I was supposed to prepare nourishing meals for myself.
So I created a simple approach: easy, nourishing meals that support postpartum recovery without spending hours in the kitchen.
The Postpartum Nourishment Plan combines the meals, strategies and nutrition principles I've used personally through four postpartum journeys and with hundreds of mothers I've worked with around the world.
